because in the great state of FLA a woman can name the father on the birth certificate and proceed to garnish his wages for child support.

the man can have DNA testing done....obtain an affidavit that states there is 0 probability he is the father, but the Court will not entertain any petitions relating to the evidence until the dude is caught up on ALL child support payments for the child that is not his.

there is no way he will ever recover any of those payments....just to add insult to injury.
